SIZE EXCHANGES
You can exchange any product that has a size variation within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in good condition.
Size Exchanges will incur a minimal reverse logistic fee ₹40, here we cover 70% of the expenses incurred for the exchange for you.
Your exchange request would be processed after receipt & approval of the exchanged product.
- Please note that Skin Care Tools cannot be Exchanged or Returned.
- Please note that the Pre-curated hampers and kits cannot be Exchanged or Returned.
- Please note that Personalised Jewelleries cannot be Exchanged or Returned
- Please note that edibles, candles, books, etc cannot be Exchanged or Returned
RETURNS
You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in good condition.
If you opt for Store Credit, it will incur a reverse logistic fee of ₹80, you will get this credit within 48 hours of reverse pickup.
If you opt for a Refund to your Original payment method, a processing fee of ₹140 will be deducted. You would receive the balance amount within 3 - 5 business days after receipt & approval of the returned product. If you placed a COD order you will get a payout link for your refund in your preferred mode of payment.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been damaged, a refund would not be provided.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING PRODUCT
In the unlikely case of a defective, wrong or missing product. We will do the needful to fix the problem at no cost.
We will require an unboxing video in-case of a missing product claim as mentioned on the packaging as well.
We accept defective, wrong or missing product within 7 days of delivery for all products offered by us. If 7 days have passed, do notify us and we will try our best to exchange it.
