What is the minimum order?
15 pieces. Ready made kits start at 25, and kits with a notebook or a desk object at 50. Below 15, you can buy directly from our store.
How long does it take?
12 to 18 working days from approval, including engraving and logo application. Tell us your date and we confirm before you commit.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of addresses and we ship individually with tracking for each. Multi address delivery adds 2 to 3 days.
Do you invoice with GST?
Yes. GST invoice against your purchase order, with our GSTIN on every document. We can work with your vendor onboarding process.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. We courier a physical sample with your logo before production starts. Sample cost is adjusted into the final invoice.
Can you put our logo on it?
Yes, on the product and on the box. Engraving on metal, foil or print on packaging. Send the vector file and we show you a mockup.
What if we need it faster?
Tell us the date in the enquiry. Rush production is possible on selected kits at a premium, subject to stone availability.
Do you ship pan India?
Yes, across India. International delivery is possible for client gifting, quoted case by case.
